The Scottish Hay clan’s Delgatie Castle, in Aberdeenshire, was photographed in strong sunlight. The names of the castle and clan are in a gold-colored font, top and bottom. A castle has stod in this location since about 1050. The Hay family's chief, The Earl of Erroll, owned property in the area from the 1400s, and King James II presented the earldom to Sir William Hay in 1453.
