My brother passed away during Covid19 and I had a private funeral. I wanted to respond in a more personal message of thanks to family and friends who sent sympathies. I chose Zazzle wording from a funeral thank you and for the reverse side I chose wording from a birthday greeting for brother!! I had to call your rep in Cork Ireland to help with the editing. She was AMAZING and I’ve forgotten her name ugh! Personable, professional, empathetic, patient and efficient are descriptives of how she layed out my order. Product was beautiful! Card quality and printing was elegant. A family member said “. . .I don’t think I ever cried over a thank you card. . .” Thank you Zazzle and your fantastic rep. Because I chose wording from two different cards I wasn’t savvy enough to edit fonts and figure spacing. Also I didn’t know how to put wording on the back of the card. Having your representative be so receptive to helping me made the final product high quality. Printing on front and back were edited so that the thank you and the personal message flowed together. I was so pleased and I know my brother would have been impressed by how he was remembered.
