Well… I had heard such amazing things about zazzle… and when I ordered this the first time, there were ink/printing issues on my order. Luckily, they were quick and timely with responses and I was able to get store credit to reorder it. I paid extra for premium shipping as it HAD to be in before May9. I paid for it to get here before or on May 6… unfortunately, it wasn’t SHIPPED until May 6. I complained to zazzle, demanding to try and get it expedited, but unfortunately all they could offer me was a refund on the shipping fee. Now we wait to see if they make it in time. If they don’t, I hope that zazzle will give me a FULL refund because I will never be using their services again. What a horrible experience to have right before my wedding.
