Vintage historical partial document signed by J W Ranstead, prominent Elgin Illinois lawyer who once practiced in the Al's Café and Creamery Building on Grove Street Elgin Illinois. A beautiful Elgin seal is on this document singed by Mr Ranstead 1870. A nice mug for an Elgin historian or Al's Café and Creamery fan. Enjoy and thanks for looking.
