My heart sank when I opened the package to find that the poster meant to welcome my wedding guests arrived bent and damaged. With the big day less than 19 days away, and after navigating a few smaller hiccups, this has honestly been the hardest one to take. This piece was really meaningful to me, and I’m hoping you can help make it right by sending a replacement in time — ideally by 8/11.
