The hat has a stain on the front of the hat. The stain is subtle but is there. Zazzle wanted me to take a picture of it and send it to them. The stain does not show up on the pics so Zazzle wants me to pay for return shipping to get a replacement hat that wasn't worth the money to begin with, Beware!! OK. Nothing special.

I was skeptic at first and decided to order just one. I was taken by the quality of the hat and embroidery stitch. Definitely one of my favorite hat. I will definitely be ordering more. Someone just claimed the hat for themselves. I have to get one for the rest of the staff! The embroidery is perfect. I initially was skeptic because i have seen some embroidery work where the thread follows over giving it that cursive look. That was not what i wanted. It is very clean and sharp.
