Important, Read all... Vintage Cement Tiles have a hand made quality. The edges where colors meet is slightly blurred. This look is now reproduced on ceramic tile, available in 2 sizes. Usually you rotate each historical tile 90 degrees as you lay them. An interlocking design is the result. We suggest you order one of these old world tiles as a sample before you place a large order. This Cement Tile design is available in other color-ways. You can create a PATCHWORK by mixing many colors and patterns of Encaustic Cement Tile designs. Cement Tile is also called Cuban Tile, Barcelona Tile, Heritage Tile, Mission Tile, and Mosaicos Hidraulicos. These reproduction tiles are good for indoor use on walls and decorative projects.

From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
