Overall beautiful sign, came out better than expected but I had to order twice. The first time around my sign came completely creased and ruined. I will say the customer service rep I spoke to was so lovely and upgraded my shipping to next day air. This made up for everything. I was able to get my sign in perfect condition just in time for my event. I would allow extra time in case you need replacements - do not wait until last minute to order! Quality is great and everything is spelled correctly. The colors are vibrant and everything looks beautiful.

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
