This is the 2nd sign I ordered that came damaged. I paid additional shipping charges to expedite since I really need this sign for a Bridal Shower. I can't talk with someone live on the order - all via email and another sign supposedly is being shipped - but, the packaging is the problem...so, it's likely to come damage as well since nothing is changing. I'm very disappointed and need a sign by 5/20 that is not damaged. Printing was fine and usable
