Zazzle comes through with a replacement product. I had a damaged welcome wedding sign to arrive the early part of September. I was told that a replacement would be sent when I contacted Zazzle, but for some reason it did not come. With 3 weeks left before the wedding, I sent another message to Zazzle. My request was promptly dealt with and the replacement arrived today. I love the sign and look forward to displaying it at the wedding. My recommendation is to pay the extra to have it delivered by UPS and to ask for thick packaging for better protection. Thanks Zazzle!!! It is a beautiful sign...can't wait to display it at the wedding!!!

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
