These fall themed wedding thank you cards are perfect for the couple who has fallen in love! A beautiful autumn theme thank you note with oak tree branches, golden yellow and orange leaves and an orange ribbon look banner with white hearts flanking the letters that spell out LOVE on each side of a mason jar with a lit candle and leaves at the bottom of its glass. Acorns flank each side of the glass jar and can be monogrammed with the initial and monogram of the newlywed bride and groom.
