I love the quality of the mug itself. I customized this product and I find that when customizing, it was a bit confusing. I did not realize that there were 2 sides to this mug, therefore only one side was customized. The other side was what was standard. So I had one side that said I love end of month and the other side said I love month end. So beware, when customizing be sure before ordering. Like I stated above the quality was good, the customizing was confusing.
