My fiancé and I ordered these personalized shot glasses to add to his Groomsmen box gifts. The bow tie, name, and position look great but I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because you can barely see the our name and the wedding date at the bottom. I didn’t change the font size because they were visible in the preview. I wish the names and dates at the bottom were as visible as on the preview, but the rest of the printing looks great.

I had two shot glasses come broken. I messaged customer service two times with photos and asked for new ones sent but no one gets back to me.
I was going to just reorder but shipping is $40 which is more than the price of two shot glasses.
