I really like this stainless mug and the picture quality always turns out good, but I had some serious problems with the shipment side. If you are sending this to someone who isn't always at home or lives at an apartment complex, you may have some shipment issues. Since it shipped with UPS, they were never able to get a signature, so it was never dropped off. My father even had to make a few calls to the local UPS office and it still did not work out. When I contacted Zazzle they shipped it to me, and I had to turn around and ship it myself from the post office. Other than the shipment issues, he loved his gift and I was pleased. Brilliant quality colors and picture quality...always impressed.

It is a lovely mug. The actual mug is shiny and smooth. Very nice quality. It was everything I expected. Zazzle has so many nice mid century modern designs to choose from. All so pretty! The design was very clear and looked expensive.
