Faux Vintage Kodiak Salmon Label Duvet Cover
A label from a can of mythical Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon circa 1879. The monochrome (brown) image features a Kodiak Bear (Ursus arctos middendorffi) and a Sockeye Salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka). Text reading "Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon" and other information about the mythical Afognak Packing Company and how to prepare the fish. Customizable text reading, "Alaska" also appears.
It is rare to find a label this old in such good condition. There is only minor discoloration, and a small tear in the upper left corner.

The fabric is delightfully smooth and soft, feels like bamboo/cotton. Even though it's soft, it feels durable. It's quality fabric. I like how I could choose my own design. The only problem I found with my duvet cover is that the picture did not come out as crisp and clear as I would had loved, but they did warn me that the pictures resolution wasn't up to their standards. Overall, I'm still very pleased with this product. This company rocks!

Decades ago, I tore out a page from a European interiors magazine. It was a duvet cover with type on it. So, being a history buff, I thought how would it look with the Gettysburg Address on it or a famous quote from Abraham Lincoln? I was completely blown away when it showed up!! STUNNING and elegant and beautiful. Although it's definitely in the world of "Yeah, you're a geek!" it's still really cool looking. I seriously was so shocked at the quality of the printing on BOTH sides. The duvet is BRIGHT white (which I love) and the type is crisp and perfect. I've been a designer for 30+ years but this was a giddy moment for me to see my work so wonderfully executed.
