Federal Blue Neoclassical 1900 Repro Faux Relief Ceramic Tile
This tile is perfect to use as is or you can add a Monogram in the center of the oval to personalize it. Reproduced from an antique European tile. Available in 4.5 inch and 6 inch tiles as well as other items.
Tiles are highly collectible and make great wall tiles and backsplashes for kitchen, bath, shower and laundry, fireplace surrounds, trivets, coasters, decorative accessories, and, of course, gifts.
Note that although the original tile is done in high relief, this one is "faux" relief. It is printed in a trompe l'oeil ("fool the eye") style and is actually smooth and flat.

From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
