My girlfriend bought this stein for me from my own store as a birthday present and I absolutely love it. Be advised, though, that the actual product comes out a much darker gray than the picture shows. However I feel that the darker coloration made the product look much better than I expected. I recommend Zazzle's steins to everyone! The stein looks as if it is a bright white color on the site, but the actual product turns out a medium gray color. This could prove a problem for certain designs but I feel the gray color on the stein looks much better than it would if it were all white.

Actually, I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this mug, but the quality of the mug is over the top. It’s thick, has weight to it, durable, easy to wash... just an overall great product. When I received my mug through the mail, I saw exactly what I saw on the ZAZZLE site: clarity of the image, color scheme, and clarity of the font print. I’ve not had any problems with image or font fading either.
