Five Heart Groom Tote Bag

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.

I ordered a tote bag for all of the girls in my wedding including one for each of the mothers. It was a great price to buy 8 of them. The tote bag is a little thinner than I would have liked but you can’t beat it for the price so I would still recommend this. The printing and the colors turned out perfect! It was exactly what I ordered.
