Flag Iris, this artwork was featured in Artists & Illustrators 1998 to promote the Society of Botanical Artists Exhibition at Westminster, London. It is a past work but still a favourite of Sarah's. "I had a phase when I produced just flowers on a darker background so the viewer could appreciate how delicate the petals are" explains Sarah. Painted in gouache by Sarah Trett. www.sarahtrett.com
