The Irish flag has three stripes in green, white, and orange colors. This product associates the colors of the national flag and shamrocks. Shamrock comes from the Gaelic word seamrog, which means "little clover." St. Patrick allegedly used the three-leaf clover to teach people about Christianity as he traveled around Ireland. The leaves illustrated the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit of the Holy Trinity. Shamrocks are an Irish symbol.
