Flying Fur Animal Rescue was founded in 2015. We are an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in south eastern Pennsylvania that was founded on the idea of helping desperate animals in need, in a unique fashion. We operate along the east coast of the North America, where there is a large need for transport. Normally our rescue missions involve moving animals from kill shelters in the south to no-kill shelters in the northeast. Each transport can vary between $300 and $500, currently paid for out of pocket. We have no administrative overhead, salaries or extra costs. Our long term goal is to own an aircraft outfitted and dedicated for animal rescue transport.
