Flying Tigers Pilot Mug - Left Handed

The Amercian Volunteer Group (AVG) nicknamed the Flying Tigers was a secretly recruited group of US fighter pilots based in China who defended the Chinese against an overwhelming Japanese air invasion in the early months of WWII. They were the single most successful fighter group of all time. They were officially credited with 299 destroyed enemy aircraft but had an unconfirmed total closer to 1000. The original Flying Tigers insignia was designed by the Walt Company depicting a winged tiger jumping through a large "V" for victory. This cup logo is a reproduction of the tiger in the original logo design.
