My mother made this quilt in 2011 based on an illustration from a Swedish fairy tale, and it shows little Nisse being given a magical herb by a forest witch. It seems like such an appropriate image for the holidays. I've put "Christmas 2012" on the back of the ornament, but feel free to change the message to something that is meaningful to you!
