In the center of the design is the P-38 Lightning Fork-Tailed Devil insignia used by the 49th Fighter Squadron in Foggia, Italy, during World War II. Above the design are the words "Fork-Tailed Devil" written in a green typeface to match the colors in the drawing. Underneath the insignia are the words "P-38 Lightning" in a red typeface matching those in the logo. The P-38 Lightning was known by the German Luftwaffe pilots as the "Fork-Tailed Devil" due to its unique design. The perfect addition to your bar glasses.

The glass turned out really nice. I thought it was going to be some cheap glass with a sticker on it, but it's not. This is a high quality heavy beer glass with a sturdy logo on it. The one I ordered has black letters, but now that I have seen it in person, I am going to order the same in different colors from shopsewprettydesigns, as she was easy to work with and make suggestions. The design was perfect, no flaws and looks and feels like it will hold up for a very long time.
