The napkins themselves are a good weight & came out perfectly, aIso feel were reasonably priced. My complaint is the packaging ; the box That had 100 was fine, the Box that had 50 was supposed to hold 100 the napkins all slid around and quite a few of them got bent and creased. The napkins came out perfectly.

Their customer service was very good when I had a problem.
