This is a beautiful chocolate image of a mother, child, and lovely cat sitting at the table having a chocolate party. This chocolate party is very French, very Art Nouveau. The chocolate poster is in rich browns and reds, just perfect colors for chocolate lovers. The mommy is sipping from her chocolate cup, while the little girl is just starting to take a taste of cocoa from her spoon. The girl is watching her kitty, who is sitting on the table watching the whole chocolate party. About Compagnie Francaise des Chocolat et des Thes - The poster was created by Swiss artist Theophile Alexandre Steinlen in 1898, high time for beautiful Art Nouveau posters in Paris. Steinlen's trademark was cats, but he was also known for his wonderful images of cabarets performers and hundreds of magazine illustrations depicting everyday Parisian life. He lived in the avant-garde Montmartre section of Paris, and he and other artists including Toulouse Lautrec developed the Art Nouveau style.

Very happy. The patch is sublimated, not embroidered so this works better with simpler designs and/or larger patches. These turned out fantastic with smaller names on a 4 inch patch. The edges are embroidered, no loose threads. The colors are nice. Shipping was faster than predicted, about 10 days, for 11 unique custom patches. (His full name was centered, I tried to edit out his last name so it looks wonky on here, but was perfect.).
