I purchased this as a gift and was disappointed when I saw the image on the box showing what the puzzle looked like; it appeared to be a poor-quality, xerox-like copy. I was concerned that the actual puzzle would look the same. However, after inspecting the pieces, I found that they were of great quality. Still, I felt embarrassed since it was a gift, so I had a photo printed and glued it over the poorly reproduced image on the box. The photo shows the original on the left and the photo I had printed on the right.

I received a package today with absolutely nothing in it except for a receipt showing I paid $35 for nothing.

It says they will proof the product with you before sending . Nope! When they printed the substitutes name, contact number and email, it’s all out of alignment. When I asked for a refund they want me to take my time and money to ship it back. You can clearly see it was not proofread before being sent out. Horrible customer service and horrible workmanship.

I have ordered many of these plaques, and this last one I received I was very disappointed to see it was not the same as the previous ones I've ordered. The stand in the back is no longer attached and I needed to glue it on or it comes right out. Very poor quality. Would like to see them as they were before - which was "purrfect"

Beautiful, and the pieces are glossy. The puzzle comes in a box that has the full image on the front. The shipping was very quick; it arrived a little more than a week before originally intended. Perfect gift!

Just beautiful! What a great idea for a puzzle. Looks just like my granddaughter. She’s 8 so finished the puzzle in an hour. Larger puzzle would have been more challenging. Nevertheless nice surprise.❤️

The photo is absolutely picture perfect along with the framework. Finish product is amazing! The only con is the piece that holds the frame up to sit on a desk , does not fit at all.This is my second frame in one month and it does not fit.( Very annoying)
