Cool funny black tshirt that says - I don't mind Arabic numerals but you should know I do play with Imaginary Numbers. As a response to the public outrage on social media when a short video claimed that schools in NYC would now be teaching Arabic numerals since the new mayor is taking office next year - and then, mocking the vast multitude of comments absolutely outraged at this idea, not realizing that we all use Arabic numerals all the time - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 - ad nauseum, this tshirt is suited to say something about it - both pertinent and funny. It is a science and math thing, a bit geeky but cool and funny for anyone who knows the joke. That should extend far past the math geeks in the crowd by now - after so many people told commenters to go look it up before posting outrage about it. It was an interesting experiment in people just not realizing where the numbers they use everyday actually came from. This design, quote and idea originated with and was created by CricketDiane 2025 and Cricket House Studios Art and Design (from another tshirt design I made that said, "I play with Imaginary Numbers" which is also on my CricketDiane store in the funny tshirts collection.)

My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
