The product (cup) itself was great, and what I expected it to be. I personalized this mug for my stepdad and all of the writing I added (in black) turned out bold, fit nicely, and met my expectations. However... The front of the cup has a yellow background and it isn't at all like the picture shown. It is more of a lime-ish yellow. Fortunately, I just saw my stepdad with a similar color shoelace on his black shoes (lol) so it won't be a problem for him, but for everyone else, beware of the gross yellimey/limello color!
