The term is generally translated as "perseverance", "patience", or "tolerance"; to be patient in the face of conflict, difficulties, and otherwise unexpected situations, in order to maintain social unity and harmony. Simply put, life must be endured. Gaman is variously described as a "virtue", an "ethos", a "trait", etc. It means to do one's best in distressed times and to maintain self-control and discipline Colour orange in Japan is symbolic of courage, love, happiness and good health.

Absolutely love it! My dad has an HHR SS Panel, which was an extremely limited production vehicle (just over 200 made). So of course finding him anything with HIS vehicle on it is quite difficult. Definitely a gift he is going to love for sure! Image quality looks great! Can’t comment yet on how well it will holds after multiple trips through washing and drying, but it appears as though this should hold up pretty decent. Doesn’t feel stiff like some other name brands I’ve bought in the past that did not survive the best.
