First, the mug i ordered, font should all be on one line and the font should be smaller to fit.
Second, i am not even 30 years old and the mugs i received are for someone else's 50th anniversary. So that means at least 2 orders got screwed up.
Third, i have been trying to contact this company for over a week to get this figured out with not one reply to an email and waiting on hold for over 30min without an answer on a 1888 number... Well considering i didn't get the right order, it didn't come out at all. I see in the image above though that the name i wanted on the mug has one character below the name, which if it is printed and sent to me like that i will have an even bigger problem with quality control bc it is a simple fix the font fix.

The mugs are awesome the only drawback was the limited amount of letters in the names. I tried to figure out how to get more letters on but couldn't. Otherwise the mugs are perfect. The printing was great just the limited space described above.

These mugs are an adorable gift option for Valentine's Day, Wedding/Engagement gifts! I love the way they shape and fit together and the print was spot on! I would order this again. The printing was clear and was as shown on the site. I was able to change the font to one I really liked.
