Yesh M'ayn (something out of nothing) is the Hebrew equivalent of ex nihilo, Latin meaning "out of nothing." The idea that G-d created the Universe out of nothing, creatio ex nihilo, is a central tenet of Judaism Jews believe that the Torah is the blueprint by which the Universe was made. Everything is contained within it and when G-d made the world He used it as his guide.
