This timeless party welcome sign design features classic blue and white florals and USA flags in a ginger jar vase. Shown here for a Baby Shower but all of the text can be customized to your needs. With regards to the Greek Key border, you can change the color of this by changing the background color of the design (enter the design tool by clicking / tapping to personalize further). If you need the poster in another size ratio (not 3:4) then you might need to adjust this border so it remains the correct distance from the edge. To do this, select one of the layers called "Greek Key half corner..." and use the arrows on your keyboard to move left or right). You'll need to do each half of the background separately.
