I do not think we will have the same experience with this one. Just as I wanted and better than I expected! Large selection of colors and styles. Ordering was fast and easy. product arrive on time and in perfect condition. Tag is nice and thick unlike other dog tags. Bright vibrant color in the circle. Turned out great. Just like the picture. I do wish there were a few options with the font though. Would have liked something a little simpler in style. But that would not prevent me from buying again.
