Funny drinking products feature the word Glogg in a red tile pattern on white. Glögg is a hot spiced mulled wine served in Sweden and other Scandinavian countries. As documented by Stockholm's Wine and Spirits Museum, Swedish King Gustav I Vasa like a drink made from German wine, sugar, honey, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves. It was later named "glödgad vin" in 1609, which meant "glowing-hot wine." This alcoholic beverage's popularity spread throughout the nations in Europe, and in the late 19th Century it became a Christmas holiday tradition.
