"Glory to Ukraine" first appeared in Ukrainian War of Independence, second part of greeting was commonly used in Ukrainian Insurgent Army, is also the motto of the Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists. Recently, the slogan also became popular as a refreshing exclamation during mass sporting events - especially in the western and central Ukraine.
