Goddess Power - Venus of Willendorf Postcard

Goddess Power - Venus of Willendorf Postcard

Power to the women! The original ancient clay statue, on which this image is based, was discovered at Willendorf, Germany and is estimated to be between 25,000 and 35,000 years old. During pre-historic times, this figure was probably adored in primitive ceremonies as a Mother Creator and Fertility Goddess, symbolizing the mysterious and awesome power of women to bring forth life. A perfect gift for new mothers, mothers-to-be, feminists, or any one who wants to be reminded (or remind others) of the tremendous power of the Eternal Feminine.
