Gold Rustic Colorful Floral Retirement Party Invitation

My invitations are wonderful, better than expected. I was so excited when I received them and I couldn't wait to open the box! I was impressed when I saw them for the first time. Everything was exactly as I had ordered it. But excitement turn to frustration when I noticed the back of the invitations. The solid burgundy color was flawed on about every other card. It seemed as though it was either not printed or cut well. I wrote about my dissatisfaction, explained the situation and sent in pictures. Zazzle got back to me right away even if the message said they would respond in 2 days, not counting the weekend. I sent my message on the Friday I received my invitations, so I was shocked at how quickly they responded. I asked for a replacement and got it in the same time frame as my original order. The replacement order was perfect! Even better than the original invitations. I am very satisfied with the quality of the paper, the colors and the printing. The paper is thick and all the colors used are very rich, especially the burgundy backing. The gold flowers really add to the elegance of the card.
