I beyond frustrated. Not only was my order not shipped on time, now it’s also the worst print quality I’ve ever seen. It’s purple, not gold. My home printer could have done a better job! It’s printed with two-colored ink plus bent! On top of that I sent two custom service inquiries with no response. So disappointed!!
