Golden Floral Pattern and Marble Case-Mate iPhone Case

When my iphone case first arrived in the mail for my new iPhone, I was so disappointed when it didn't fit. I emailed Zazzle and they credited my account for the full amount and I had a new one sent to me in a few weeks! They didn't ask for it back, so now I have two beautiful and sturdy iPhone cases. I think I might have selected the wrong type of iPhone the first time ordering. I'm so happy with my purchase! The printing looks incredible. Bright colors, no smudging.

I ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When she tried to put it on her phone it was difficult and once on we realized it had a slight variation in the way it was cut. On Monday after Christmas I went to their website to see how I could return it or order a duplicate. I was able to “chat” with a CS rep, Martin. Told him what happened. He sent me an email with a link. I simple took a picture of the product and attached it to the return email. Within hours I received a response that the product had been remade AND was on its way to my daughter via overnight UPS. The new product was PERFECT and the customer service was more then AMAZING!!!!! I had initially ordered a second phone cover for our other daughter and that one fit perfectly. The printing was perfect. It was clear and the coloring was perfect
