This heritage poultry desk organizer brings a touch of French farmhouse country chic to your home. These two golden penciled hamburgs - or hamburghs - look over a barnyard scene with late afternoon light. The combs and tail feathers show off beautiful plumage.
The design appears on a background of maroon, which some miight describe as brick red, wth small gold stripes. The roosters appear on both sides of the mug, and this verson has a maroon handle and maroon interior, but other cup and mug options are available. This vintage artwork is public domain work from the 1921 Book of poultry, and is made available via the Biodiversity Heritage Library on the Flickr Commons.
