This is a very nice keepsake, for the price. The plate is lightweight, similar to Corelle dishes, maybe even a bit lighter, but the design has a lovely elegant look to it and for a couple who requested no gifts at their anniversary party, this is just a small gesture that will be presented with a box of chocolate truffles on top, and then wrapped in a clear gift bag with a gold bow.
One more note- I was very pleased with the fast shipping and excellent packaging. The printing turned out very nice.
