This shirt reminds everyone involved to test North Atlantic right whales for Zika, West Nile, and St. Louis encephalitis viruses — and for Wolbachia infections because it's obvious that ship strikes and entanglements are the key reasons the NOAA is touting. Yet the NOAA should NOT be involved in this investigation at all since the U.S. gov't is funding Wolbachia-infected Aedes releases.
