tumbler is firm and good size to hold a good grip on. Lid is durable as so is the tumbler itself. non breakable. holds just about 2 cups of coffee. image is good and stands out well for others to notice the printing of my artwork. the ink color black turned out well. that part I like.. it's solid and easily readable as far as the word/lettering is on the tumbler. The ink color Red is good as well, but the other colors not as vibrant as I thought, but yet I still like it! Thank you zazzle! Of course i'll be ordering some more.
