Grackle Austin Texas Black Bird Wildlife Custom Case-Mate iPhone Case

One large Grackle is the focal point of the painting while more birds can be seen hanging out on wires behind. The background is a gradient of sepia into blue representing a setting sun. Inspired by my relocation to Austin Texas. These black crow-like birds are found haunting parking lots all around the area. Original artwork was done with acrylic paint. I ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When she tried to put it on her phone it was difficult and once on we realized it had a slight variation in the way it was cut. On Monday after Christmas I went to their website to see how I could return it or order a duplicate. I was able to “chat” with a CS rep, Martin. Told him what happened. He sent me an email with a link. I simple took a picture of the product and attached it to the return email. Within hours I received a response that the product had been remade AND was on its way to my daughter via overnight UPS. The new product was PERFECT and the customer service was more then AMAZING!!!!! I had initially ordered a second phone cover for our other daughter and that one fit perfectly. The printing was perfect. It was clear and the coloring was perfect
