The quality was below average
The envelopes sent were MUCH larger than the product
They stated (extra postage) which was more than JUST extra in my opinion

It was super easy to customize. I love the thickness of the cards and how it comes with envelopes. I was so worried about the images coming out blurry, but they won't. I could not have asked for a better. Colors from the pictures to the cards were exactly the same.
