I know this sign is not pretty but it will work for about 90% of your company's “GRAND OPENING” yard signs! If you want to change the "GRAND OPENING" on top of your logo click “Personalize this template” you can change the logo as well. If your logo is a .png but gets blended in with the white default background please type in "Grand Opening Business Logo Yard Sign v1 Glitch2" in the Zazzle search this version of the sign will feature a black background. This with helium balloons attached and without has drawn so much attention - more than the agent's generic sign. I also made very descriptive brochures with her card that beach goers driving by pick up daily from the agent's box. It is sturdy, precious catchy art, and a winner for sure! I do bring it in when it rains though. .
