Gratitude is Everything Note to Self Chalkboard Metal Ornament

Sometimes we just need a reminder to be grateful. This Gratitude is Everything "Note to Self" design does exactly that, and it does it in pretty cool style! We've made the chalkboard background black, but also made it customizable, so you can have an orange or blue or even traditional green background. Our chalky look overly does the rest, and this white chalk design looks good on just about any color. You can change "Note to Self:" to be anything you'd like (or you can delete it) and remember to change the XX in the year, delete it, or even change it to something else.
