Somewhere in Pennsylvania there is a cemetery. In that cemetery is a little guy who, like a certain friendly ghost, just doesn't get it. Look closely, and you can see him waving happily at the camera. He can be seen all year round, but really likes to peek out from behind tombstones on Halloween, when he's the bane of all the really scary creatures' existence.
