Destei's original black dog portrait silhouette illustration of a dog's head resembling a Golden Retriever or Labrador Retriever and similar breeds with hanging ears. In this design the dog's eye is closed as a detail to illustrate the blindness awareness. There are three personalizable text areas. There is space for a custom pet name and owner's phone number together with text in the middle that now reads: "Blind Dog". The text areas are placed on white backgrounds that have a thin black border and all this is framed with the dog head portraits. The main background color is green. The green background color can be changed to another color, if so preferred.
